Site Update – February 21, 2020:

During the weeks of February 10 and February 17, 2020, CTS continued the In-Situ Chemical Injection (ISCO) treatment at the completed injection well casing locations. Potassium permanganate, used to break down contaminants into harmless compounds, was injected or emplaced at 18 of the 76 locations for a total of 62 completed locations. Site work was restricted due to poor weather during the week of February 17. Installation of emplacements will continue next week.
