Site Update – March 6, 2020:
During the week of March 2, 2020, CTS finished the active injection phase of the In-Situ Chemical Injection (ISCO) treatment at the Site. Potassium permanganate, used to break down contaminants into harmless compounds, was injected or emplaced at the remainder of the 76 planned locations. The contractors performing this work will remove equipment and material from the Site over the next week.
